We take millimetre-perfect measurements, creating a design brief for our designer to work to and select a colour pallet based on your natural colouring. Tom Davies then produces your final frame to the highest specifications and quality, with your name discreetly laser-engraved on the inside.

Once each frame has been individually designed, the production masters at Tom Davies handcraft each part of your frame. The frames are quality-checked at each stage of production. A full engineering drawing and full tool sets are created for each frame, and, finally, when your frame is shipped back to Europtics, Tom Davies includes the technical drawing so you can see how your masterpiece was created.
